Since REF is supporting children in the area of education, it was agreed that further support to young Roma returnees needs to be provided, related to their employability. Therefore, they were offered with a training related to CV writing, workshops aimed to develop employment searching skills, interview preparation and similar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-885 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/romi-obrazovanjem-do-posla.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/K3_1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These activities are result of a cooperation with GIZ DIMAK, where an inquiry was sent to REF partner NGOs. After analyzing the inquiry results and establishing the needs of young Roma returnees, activities were conducted in consultation with REF partner NGOs.
