Vi\u0161e od 15 romskih nevladinih organizacija je aktivno u\u010destvovalo u sastanku. Predstavljanju analize je usledila diskusija o izazovima u radu na integraciji Roma povratnika po Sporazumu o readmisiji u obrazovni sistem osnovnih i srednjih \u0161kola. Predstavnici romskih nevladinih organizacija su, na osnovu svog iskustva u radu, dali preporuke koje bi doprinele unapre\u0111enju procesa integracije romske dece u obrazovni sistem Republike Srbije:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upro\u0161\u0107avanje zakona i procedura kako bi romska zajednica imala ispravne informacije o na\u010dinima za ostvarivanje svojih prava;<\/li>\n<li>Kreiranje ispravnog osnova po kojem bi se utvr\u0111ivalo da li neko spada u grupu povratnika (jer se ve\u0107ina povratnika po povratku u Srbiju ne registruje kod nadle\u017enih organa, \u0161to ote\u017eava evidentiranje broja i strukture povratnika na teritoriji Srbije);<\/li>\n<li>Kreiranje potpunih i sveobuhvatnih podataka o romskoj deci i njihovim porodicama koje su povratnice po Sporazumu o readmisiji i omogu\u0107iti proveru napretka ili stagnacije u ovoj oblasti;<\/li>\n<li>Re\u0161avanje problema nedostatka li\u010dne i \u0161kolske dokumentacije i komplikovane procedure za obezbe\u0111ivanje iste, potrebne za upis dece u PPP i osnovnu \u0161kolu;<\/li>\n<li>Senzibilizacija zaposlenih u dr\u017eavnim organima (policijske uprave, op\u0161tine, Centri za socijalni rad, \u0161kole, itd) i spre\u010davanje institucionalne diskriminacije povratnika;<\/li>\n<li>Istra\u017eivanje nedostataka u pravnim propisima koji se ti\u010du povratnika po Sporazumu o readmisiji, odnosno o nedoslednoj primeni propisa na lokalnom nivou, a zatim i kreiranje odr\u017eivih mehanizama za obrazovnu reintegraciju povratnika.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-431 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/romi-obrazovanjem-do-posla.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_1433-min.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Predstavljanje analize \u201eIntegracija Roma povratnika po Sporazumu o readmisiji u obrazovni sistem osnovnih i srednjih \u0161kola \u2013 pravni i strate\u0161ki okvir, ciljevi i izazovi\u201c odr\u017eano je 3. i 4. decembra.
