Over the past years, REF provided mentors with training called Mentoring Support for Roma High School Students in Successful School Completion which has two modules. The first module is called Introduction to the role of a mentor, and the second module is the Mentor Practice with the student. Accreditation of the third module of training under the title Role of mentors in strengthening the life skills and competences for the world of work of scholarship students is also planned. All trainings aim to provide continuous and comprehensive support to mentors, as well as to strengthen their competencies for providing appropriate forms of support for Roma students attending secondary schools. At the end of each of these trainings, the mentor acquires certain experiences, skills and tools for work.
