Roma Education Fund branch office in Serbia has started conducting a research study of the project’s employment component. Aim of the study is to assess the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of employment component, including its effectiveness and sustainability of achieved results. Research study will include visits and discussions with REF partnership companies together with identifying challenges faced by program beneficiaries in getting employment. Around 30 partnership companies have been visited so far with over 60 candidates interviewed in Beocin, Nis, Novi Sad, Presevo and Zajecar.
