The recruitment process with the desired employer begins since the moment you decide to apply for a job vacancy. The first thing you do to present yourself to the employer in the best possible way is to create your CV. For that reason, REF Serbia has, in cooperation with the company Infostud Group, organized today an online workshop “How to write a CV?”. More than 25 young Roma from all over Serbia participated in this workshop through Zoom application, led by Human Resources Department of the company Infostud Group.
The workshop began by emphasizing the importance of a well-written CV, which leaves a good impression on the employer by leading him/her to actually invite the candidate behind CV for a job interview. Participants were then described in detail each section that a CV should contain. In addition, through various examples, participants learned what to write, what not to write in a CV and how to present their knowledge, skills and experiences in best possible way. Some of the most important instructions that young Roma received at this workshop are that CV should be modified in accordance with the vacancy they are applying for, that it is good to briefly describe every work experience they had and to be honest in their CV.Meeting, Online, REF
