Employment Empowerment of young Roma and competitiveness in the labor market increasement includes several main activities. Young Roma are offered with attending a wide range of vocational trainings and obtaining recognized certificates; continued education (additional training or retraining) that includes scholarship and mentoring support during the attainment of secondary school; and finally attending a paid internship in the public or private sector, in accordance with their qualifications and interests.
