During this Study visit, colleagues from Slovakia, Romania and Hungary had the opportunity to find out more about ways for motivating young Roma to participate in project activities. Therefore, they could apply models for Roma community mobilization, used within “Employment Empowerment of Young Roma” project. In addition, from conversation with young Roma interns they could see how their participation in the project activities increased employability, especially having in mind that Aster Textile Company employed a large number of young Roma.
